We know you cannot wait to get your hands on the purchased goodies. We are just as excited as you are. That is why we try our best to pack and post your orders as soon as possible.
Rates vary depending on your location. All rates can be found at check-out. We are currently in the process of providing a more efficient and accessible layout to view all rates before check-out.
Please contact our Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have any questions. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by: The local Courier, Local Post or DHL, especially during high-volume seasons.
However, we want our customers to be happy. Therefore, we offer shipping cost refunds if the order is not delivered on the 5th business day past the estimated delivery date. This depends on the specific order and case.
If it is already passed the estimated delivery date according to the estimated shipping time provided and the tracking still shows that the order is in transit with recent tracking updates, we can proceed with a shipping cost refund.
Furthermore, an order is considered lost in transit once the shipment hasn't had tracking updates passed 8-10 business days of the estimated delivery date. Customers have 24 days to report the issue, and we will gladly assist with a reshipment or full refund. However, please note that each case is treated as unique and individual. If there have been tracking updates before, but the tracking has suddenly stopped, we have to ask the customer to reach out to the local post office to check if the order hasn't travelled within the carrier's network and is stored there despite the lack of tracking updates provided.
**Please note that we require you to contact your local courier beforehand. In some cases, the item might be in the country but stuck in customs with delayed tracking updates.

Approx. 24-48 hours (unless labelled as a pre-order item).
Domestic orders: Same-day collection/delivery within 2-3 business days.
International orders: approx. 5-7 (express) or 15-30 (standard) business days.
International shipping rates are more expensive for this option.
There can be possible delays during this high-volume sale period. Our team works hard to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, and appreciate your patience.
If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or gives the courier authority to leave, CHANAÉ is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, CHANAÉ will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
If a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, the courier will attempt re-delivery. If the courier and/or our team cannot arrange a re-delivery by the courier's cut-off time (DHL,UPS, FEDEX etc.), the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
Delivery is stated in BUSINESS days. Orders placed after the dispatch cut-off time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after cut-off on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
Taxes are included in the product's price - no additional taxes are due or calculated at checkout. Some orders may incur duties if the total value of an order surpasses a particular value determined by location.
